Individual or family therapy may be a good fit for your child’s needs. Children and teens experience complex emotional needs, but often without the life experience or vocabulary to talk about it. Children and teens can also develop mental health disorders and often need therapy to manage.
Our experienced therapists know how to teach children and teens about emotions, coping skills, and preventive strategies. At Child First Therapy & Evaluations, we only use evidence-based therapies to help children manage their emotional and mental health needs. Therapy has a family-centered approach so parents and caregivers are always involved in the process.
